Chad (clang@cm.law) joins CM Law from SMGQ Law, where he served as a Partner and Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. As a CM Law partner, he focuses his practice on the areas of employment and labor, complex commercial litigation, and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. He represents management for Fortune 500, mid-sized, and small companies in labor and employment litigation, transactional, and counseling matters, as well as individuals and companies alike in commercial litigation matters, in Florida and throughout the U.S., in matters that include single and multi-plaintiff collective and class actions.
