Chad (clang@cm.law) joins CM Law from SMGQ Law, where he served as a Partner and Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. As a CM Law partner, he focuses his practice on the areas of employment and labor, complex commercial litigation, and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. He represents management for Fortune 500, mid-sized, and small companies in labor and employment litigation, transactional, and counseling matters, as well as individuals and companies alike in commercial litigation matters, in Florida and throughout the U.S., in matters that include single and multi-plaintiff collective and class actions. Chad is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
