Lindsay Morgan is a leading legal strategist on franchise systems large and small. She combines nearly 20 years of counseling and transactional experience with a passion for problem solving that achieve business goals within the client’s risk profile. Lindsay has in-house and law firm experience working with clients across a variety of industries, including restaurant, hotel, fitness, medical, wellness, gaming, moving, retail and consumer brands, and oil and gas, both domestically and internationally.

She dedicates her practice to putting her clients in the best possible position to achieve those goals, whether through legal means or problem-solving. She is an active member of the ABA’s Forum on Franchising.

Outside of the office, Lindsay is an avid traveler, language lover, and green thumb. She currently is learning Greek and serves in a leadership capacity at her local community garden, where she volunteers weekly.
