Biography

Reiko Feaver is a Partner at CM Law PLLC (formerly Culhane Meadows) and Chair of the firm’s Technology, Outsourcing & Commercial Transactions Group. Based in Atlanta, she advises public and private enterprises on technology, data, privacy, and security matters, with a particular focus on AI governance, technology procurement, and commercial contracting. Her clients include software and data solutions providers across manufacturing, retail, insurance, consumer goods, and lighting technology. 

Reiko helps clients deploy, procure, and govern technology in ways that responsibly balance contractual, governance, and legal risk with business innovation and growth. Drawing on combined in-house and private practice experience, her counsel is grounded in recognizing the importance of collaboration between legal and business in reaching an organization’s goals. Before joining CM Law, she practiced at Troutman Sanders LLP and Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, served in-house at Scientific Games International, Inc., and ran her own practice. 

She writes and speaks regularly on AI governance, technology contracting, and privacy and cybersecurity, and is a frequent media source for TechTarget, AAMI, EMarketer, CSO Magazine, Sourcing Journal, CIO Magazine, Law360, and other publications. Reiko holds the IAPP CIPP/US and AIGP certifications. She earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, an M.A. in International Affairs from Florida State University, and a B.A. in Economics and Chinese Studies from Wellesley College, and is admitted to practice in Georgia. Outside her practice, she has served as a mentor to middle school students in her community for nearly a decade.
