CM Law PLLC is proud to announce the opening of our Miami office—our 15th major market—anchored by new Partner Chad K. Lang, former Chair of SMGQ Law’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.
With three attorneys already licensed to practice in Florida, the arrival of Chad, who is based in Miami, marks a significant milestone in our long-planned expansion into the Florida market.
“Both my clients and I benefit from CM Law’s deep, collaborative bench of highly experienced attorneys,” said Lang. “The firm’s transparent and flat management structure provides me with an outstanding platform from which to serve my clients in all areas of the law.”
Lang focuses his practice on employment and labor law, complex commercial litigation, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. He counsels and defends Fortune 500, mid-sized, and small companies nationwide in labor and employment litigation, transactional issues, and counseling matters. He also represents individuals and companies in commercial litigation—including single and multi-plaintiff collective and class actions—in Florida and around the country.
“Miami has been on our shortlist for expansion for years,” said Grant Walsh, CM Law’s co-founder and co-managing partner. “With Chad’s addition, it was the perfect time to officially enter the Florida market.”
Kelly Rittenberry Culhane, CM Law’s co-founder and co-managing partner, added, “We are delighted that Chad has joined us in Miami. He and his clients are valued additions to what is a powerful team of more than 70 highly experienced, uniquely client-focused partners serving a global client base from 15 major business markets.”
