Corporate & Business Transactional (M&A) Partner

Culhane Meadows seeks an experienced and self-motivated Corporate M&A partner to join our growing national team of exceptional attorneys. Applicants must have 8+ years of experience, including prior practice in the corporate law group at an AmLaw 200 firm (or equivalent in-house experience in a well-known corporate legal department), and a respectable amount of portable client work. Prior experience must include knowledge of and familiarity with sophisticated business-related contracts and transactions. Candidates should also have the ability to lead M&A transactions from inception to closing, experience leading due diligence teams, and related experience in general corporate transactions and governance matters (e.g., entity formation, joint ventures, licensing and the sale of businesses, drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as stock purchase, asset purchase, credit agreement, merger, redemption, confidentiality and non-disclosure, IP license and secondment agreements).
