Ryan Loveless specializes in patent infringement litigation, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, trademark applications, and patent prosecution. With over two decades of experience in the field of intellectual property (IP) law, he has successfully represented clients across a broad range of industries and technologies, including telecommunications, electronics, software, internet, semiconductors, oil and gas, and medical devices.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of patent litigation, from pre-suit investigations to jury trials. Ryan has also served as lead counsel in more than 200 IPR proceedings, earning the honor by Patexia as handling more IPRs for patent owners than any other attorney in the nation for four consecutive years. Additionally, he has helped clients protect their brand identity and value by filing and managing trademark applications and developing corresponding strategies. Ryan’s engineering background and graduate work at Columbia University have given me a deep understanding of technologies, which he leverages to provide effective and innovative solutions for his clients.
