At CM Law, Scott will play a key role across our Corporate and Business Services, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Government, Regulatory, and Compliance practice groups. At the SEC, he led investigations into insider trading, accounting fraud, market manipulation, and foreign corruption with the U.S. Department of Justice, FBI, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and other regulatory bodies around the world, and served as global chief compliance officer for Gerson Lehrman Group.
